Second Chance to Vote on Tentative Agreement
***March 8, 2018 -- 206 days since our contract expired on August 15th***
Dear GEO,
Thank you to all members who came out to vote today on the Tentative Agreement at the IMC in Urbana. If you were not able to vote today, please come to our second GMM tomorrow, March 9, 2018 at 4pm at the IMC to be briefed on the T.A., ask questions, and vote!
Until all votes are counted, we are still on strike. Pickets are currently suspended, but please continue to withhold your labor until you hear from GEO about the results of the vote. Once the votes are counted, we will send out a GEO-L with the results.
This Tentative Agreement is thanks to all of your hard work. Thank you for showing up and giving your all for your friends and colleagues!
